When we resist what is, we inadvertently add another layer to our suffering. By clinging to our expectations and desires, we create a barrier between ourselves and the present moment. Instead of accepting the reality of the situation, we choose to fight against it, which only leads to more pain and frustration. Letting go of resistance allows us to embrace the ever-changing nature of life and find peace within ourselves. It is through acceptance that we can truly transcend suffering and find freedom in the present moment.
